Maddox & Isabel Isabel has been surviving her life all for one person and she must continue to be strong and deal with the consequences because if not her beloved will pay those consequences instead.

Maddox is trying to move on after helping his best friend and now wife survive from an ordeal he only wishes on his worst enemy. After dealing with the devil he realizes everyone must be kept under a close eye, even the beautiful Isabel he just met and knows for sure she will be his weakness and the death of him.

Someone is cashing in their favor with Maddox, he’s a smart man and he knows this move means a lot more than what the mob boss Conti is letting on. Through it all, he will make sure one thing only, and that’s the safety and protection of Isabel even if it means his life.

You will enjoy the banter between the feisty Isabel and handsome Maddox.

Can be read as standalone but I highly recommend reading Touching Sin where you initially meet Maddox but also get to know his best friend Jake and the lovely Mia!
